Submitting an inquiry does not create a confirmed booking. Talent availability, fees, and final terms are confirmed only in writing (e.g., signed agreement / written confirmation).

Availability and pricing may change until a booking is confirmed. We may request additional details to provide accurate options.

Artists/performers and third-party suppliers are independent professionals. We curate and coordinate; performance delivery may involve third parties. Any final engagement terms will be specified in the booking agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, reputational damage).
• Our total liability relating to an inquiry or website use is limited to the amount paid to us for the relevant services (or €1000 if no fee has been paid), except where liability cannot legally be limited (e.g., fraud, willful misconduct, or certain personal injury claims in some jurisdictions).

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, travel disruption, government restrictions, venue closure, strikes). We will communicate promptly and make reasonable efforts to mitigate impact.

Website content (text, visuals, brand assets) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
Artists’ names/logos/media remain the property of their respective owners.

If you request confidentiality (or we agree it), we will treat your inquiry details as confidential and share only as needed to check availability or deliver the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malta, unless mandatory consumer laws apply.
