  • Private Venue
    • A fully privatized luxury villa overlooking Rio
  • Turnkey Gastroexperience

    • A personal, human moment with Ronaldinho
  • Quality Production
    • Absolute discretion, comfort, and flow
REDCORE
Host Role?
RedCore hosts; everything else happens invisibly behind the scenes
Objectives
Three priorities guide every design decision: connection, rare access, and discretion.
  • -1-
    Meaningful Connections, Effortlessly
Create a relaxed, premium environment where the right conversations happen naturally, without forced networking.
  • -2-
    Unbuyable Access, Not a Show
Deliver a once-in-a-lifetime proximity moment with Ronaldinho in a human, intimate format that feels like inner-circle access, not entertainment.
  • -3-
    Discretion and Seamless Flow
Protect privacy, comfort, and timing through controlled arrivals, curated interaction windows, and invisible production so guests stay fully present.
What RedCore Gains:
  • A non-replicable gesture for its most valuable partners
  • Emotional loyalty instead of transactional hospitality
  • Clear differentiation during SBC week through taste, not noise
  • A relationship narrative: “This is what partnership means with RedCore.”
Guest Experience
  • Selected, not invited:
access reserved for the inner circle
  • Elevated:
    effortless luxury, no friction
  • Appreciated:
gratitude expressed through details, not speeches
  • The Afterglow:
    “Did that really happen?”
WHAT TO EXPECT
  • High Level Event Flow:
    1. Golden-hour arrival at a secured private villa
    2. Welcome cocktails with live music (Brazilian touch)
    3. Seated curated dinner for conversation, experience and connection
    4. Fireside moment and toast with Ronaldinho (12–15 minutes)
    5. “Movement vignette” dancers - leading into the lounge
    6. Afterglow lounge with optional photo moment
Experience Zones:
To keep execution flawless in a short timeline, the venue is designed in three core chapters:
  • Arrival Terrace:
    Welcome, cocktails, live music, views
  • The Unbuyable Table:
Seated dinner, conversation-first. (Mapping optional, venue-dependent.)
  • Afterglow Lounge
Relaxed clusters, DJ lift, photo moment
Dinner format and Venue note:
We can deliver the dinner in two formats:
  • Video mapping dinner:
requires a large indoor blackout room (full light control). If we choose this route, we may need to use a high-spec indoor venue, so we cannot guarantee a fully privatized villa
  • Candlelight branded dinner:
premium branding through light design, styling, and atmosphere. This works in a private villa, and can be hosted in the garden/terrace or indoor spaces without blackout limitations.
Optional: projection mapping during cocktails hour
AV Essentials (high level)
  • Lighting design
architectural warm wash, wow-entrance to the venue, candlelight control, pin-spots on table and story nook, “chapter change” cues.
  • Sound
distributed, low-SPL clarity (speech intelligibility is priority). No booming PA.

  • Stage
none. A single refined lounge set for the fireside (chairs, side table, tight spotlight).

  • Back of venue
secure green room and separate access for talent; security-managed guest flow.
Guest Transport
  • Chauffeured Mercedes V-Class (or equivalent)
  • Two options: direct pick-up or hotel refresh and staggered pick-up
  • Drop-off
Brand Presence (Discreet by Design)
Branding is intentionally minimal to preserve privacy and premium tone. RedCode presence can appear as:
Gastroexperience Branding Moment
Chapter-led menu and a discreet dessert mark, designed for executive hosting.
Custom Gift - Pen
Branded qualitative Custom Gift with engraved initials (premium feel)
Gobo projection on the floor
  • Redcore monogram projected onto the walkway, subtle and elegant.
  • Easy to execute, quick to change.
The Unbuyable Principles Cards
(your “card game,” but not cheesy)
At each place setting: 1 card with a single question.
  • “What do you never compromise on in a partner?” ;“What’s your definition of trust?”
  • Why it works: gentle ice-break, introvert-friendly, and it reinforces the brand story.
Entrance - Warm backlit crest in the arch
  • Small, centered, matte brass or acrylic plaque with soft backlight.
  • Looks like a private club emblem
Custom Gift - Roulette-Inspired Metal Puzzle
  • A tactile, collectible desk object with subtle monogram engraving.
  • A private keepsake for the inner circle.
The Archive Shelf (not a “booth):
  • The Ledger Book
  • The crest token prototype
  • A framed one-paragraph “Tonight’s Principles” note
  • Why it works: looks like a private club archive, not brand signage.
The Gong Portal
A branded gong used to open dinner. Also functions as a discreet portrait backdrop.
